Boosting the Immune System with Vitamin C

The importance of Vitamin C has been known for decades from preventing colds, recovering from exercise and combating cancer.

If you have time to juice fresh orange and grapefruit each day, great and if not, there are many other sources to get more “C” each day.

Vitamin C helps with the repair of all body tissue including collagen production for more youthful skin. Yes, vitamin C strengthens bones and cartilage, lower blood pressure by relaxing blood vessel walls. It protects against oxidative stress and assists in workout recovery by tackling free radicals. It helps with weight loss, better hair and nails, increases iron absorption. Doctors even recognize the value of taking Vitamin C.

For high vitamin C therapy is used in cancer situations, and an individual can take up to 50,000 mg. Now that’s a lot of C, so using a wholefood source is the better option especially when taking higher doses.

Where is the door to God?
In the sound of a barking Dog.
In the ring of hammer.
In a drop of rain.
In the face of Everyone I see.
